This page explains how to delete an account for the Blimp app (“Blimp: Fotodokumentation & PDF” on Google Play and the App Store), provided by Blimp App GmbH.
How to delete your account
In the Blimp mobile app
If you are the owner of the account, you can delete it directly in the Blimp mobile app. Deleting an account is not available in the web app.
By request
If you are not the account owner, or can’t use the app, send us a deletion request with the form below or by email to hello@blimp-app.com. Please write from the email address of your Blimp account, so we can verify the request.
What happens when an account is deleted
Access to the account ends immediately for all of its users.
Account details, photos, videos and reports are deleted within our standard deletion periods.
Data we are required by law to keep, such as invoices, is kept for the statutory retention period and deleted afterwards.
We confirm the deletion by email within 30 days of your request.
